The house also has a newly built screened in porch where the hot tub is located and also has an outdoor sink, refrigerator and picnic tables for plenty of seating. The large outdoor shower is great for rinsing sandy feet and has both hot and cold water.
This open, spacious home consists of Two floors that can sleep up to 15 guests. Beautifully hand crafted, new bunk beds are located on the first floor along with a full-size bed, pull-out sofa and full bath. Great living space for the kids and/or grandparents! Mini frig. is located downstairs as well, for your convenience.
The second floor has a lovely dining area, with long dining table and chairs for gathering and making memories, while dining and playing games with family and friends. The living space is spacious with a raised, open kitchen. Additional dining space is located in the updated, very modern and well-functioning kitchen, along with an island.
The three bedrooms upstairs include the master with a queen size bed and ensuite bathroom, as well as a bedroom with a king size bed and a third bedroom with two twin beds. Another full bathroom is located in the hall conveniently between the two bedrooms.
This home sits on a large piece of property with plenty of room to explore.
