La Lola is a wonderful, great look and feel, family vacation home. Spacious throughout, with plenty of room to gather or, space out as desired. Open concept through living, kitchen, and dining, creates a great space for making memories together.
From the beds to the kitchen stock, to the decor, and furnishings, the owners went all out on this well-appointed vacation retreat. The is the prefect home away from home.
Just off the main living area is an office with desk and chair, for your convenience. This great space can also double as a fun children's space. They will find books and games in the closet!
Enjoy time together, while having an extra living space, (downstairs)! What a great way to spend a harmonious vacation with multiple families, or larger family group. There is a mini frig in the downstairs living area, so no need to climb stairs for a cool drink.
Fun outdoor spaces abound! Enjoy your private Hot Tub within the lovely, fully fenced yard, with mature trees!
You'll love the big deck with table and chairs. There is also a comfy outdoor couch for lounging. Hang out and prepare your family feast on the outdoor grill.
At only 0.4 miles, and a short walk to the Seawall and beach, you won't need to worry with locating a parking spot on the Seawall, (which can be hard to come by during the summer season) and you will not have to pay for Seawall parking!
When you return from the beach, you'll have access to a nice, (non-private) outdoor shower for rinsing off.
Street parking in front of the house is available and there is a private garage space, as well, (excluding overly large trucks and SUVs).UVs).
