Enjoy the sound of the ocean, the gulf breeze in your hair, and gorgeous views off the private balcony of this second-floor condo, with an unobstructed view. Sorry, pets are not allowed. Open for long term stays! You may reach out to us prior booking to check availability and discount.

You'll have access to the Seascape Condo community swimming pool (heated in the winter months), hot tub, swings, picnic area, BBQ grill, etc., along with access to the convenient private beach walkover. Wristbands are provided for you to access and enjoy the pool area.
Important Notice: Parking at the Seascape Resort Condominiums requires a parking permit and we have included the parking fee in your reservation ($15/per night). You will receive details on how to pick up your permit, along with your wristbands, with your check-in instructions prior to your arrival date.
This community is close to town in case you want to venture in to do some shopping on the Strand, visit a museum, or try some of the many restaurants that are available. This is the perfect spot for families, couples or business travelers.
You're only a few miles to many hot spots such as Moody Gardens, fishing piers, restaurants, breweries, and more!
- Walmart, Randall's, Spec's, and many other stores are only a few miles away.
- Moody Gardens and Schlitterbahn Waterpark are only 2.9 miles away.
